noema is operated by Achronon ("we", "our", "us"). This explains what we collect on noema.md and how we use it. Questions: hello@noema.md.

What we collect

• Your email, when you request beta access.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (via PostHog): pages viewed, the waitlist event, approximate location inferred from IP, and your browser/user-agent.

We do not collect your source code, your repositories, or your customers' data through this website.

How we use it

• To contact you about noema beta access and product updates.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use a small set of processors to run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and security (policy).
• PostHog — product analytics, US region (policy).

Retention

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — email hello@noema.md and we'll action it.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We hold the minimum data needed to run a beta waitlist.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
